We maintain a variety of uniform, fine grain, high density, and high performance piezoelectric ceramic formulations. Our compositions of Lead Zirconate Titanate have superior quality and are readily available to be tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Sinoceramics has more than 50 thousand square feet of manufacturing, quality control, machine shops, warehouses, and testing facilities. Our company also offers the highest standards of environmental protection and quality control. Sinoceramics has over 40 years of experience in developing, testing and producing high quality PZT material. Our engineering department includes highly experienced and trained ceramists, scientists, and engineers who developed more than 100 formulas. Of the 100 formulas, 6 are currently in production.

Our PZT ceramics manufacturing facility is capable of producing 500 metric tons per year with exports to USA, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Our facility features: over 50 kilns, including tunnel and conveyor types; presses from 12 to 300 ton; and Isostatic presses. Our extensive grinding facility provides ID/OD grinding, lapping, slicing, core drilling, surface grinding, and dicing.
